Our Origin Collections

We believe that coffee originating from highlands possesses the finest character. This is why we choose highland origins for each selection, to achieve a character that comes close to perfection.

DELENG

Collection origin: Mandheling. Deleng comes from the Karo language, meaning “mountain.” Mandheling is typically found in volcanic highlands where North Sumatra. Generally, from this origin we create flavor profiles of brown spices, cinnamon, lemon, sweet earthy notes, and black tea.

BURNI

Collection origin: Gayo. Burni is derived from the Gayo language, meaning “mountain.” Generally, from this origin we create flavor profiles of raw sugar, decent acidity, milk chocolate, and matcha tea.

DOLOK

Collection origin: Lintong. Dolok is derived from the Batak language, meaning “mountain.” Lintong is located in the highlands surrounding Lake Toba. Generally, from this origin we create flavor profiles of lemon, herbal, cinnamon, dark chocolate, and cedar.
